How do we recruit?

As a standard protocol, it is imperative that we acquire a comprehensive understanding of the employers’ products, employment terms and conditions, welfare packages, and other relevant particulars prior to our candidate sourcing, CV screening, and skill assessments. We strongly advocate for employers to conduct on-site assessments in China whenever feasible. For the Australian market, we will coordinate MINTRAC assessors—who are either affiliated with the direct employer or our associates—to evaluate the candidates.

We will assist for the comprehensive documentation for the Nomination (Australia) or Work Permit application (EU countries) and provide meticulous assistance to candidates for their visa application.
